Welcome!
I am an East Coast native but have found myself settled here in Cincinnati since 2013. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Cincinnati. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including community and school based settings. I’ve had the privilege of serving children, adolescents, and adults.
My previous work in schools gives me a unique perspective on the pressures that our children face. I have a passion for working with kids and helping them learn to express their thoughts and feelings in a safe, trusting environment. By utilizing evidence based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I aim to help your child learn to cope with their stressors and increase their well being in your family unit. I believe in individualized care, recognizing each child is unique. My ultimate goal is to empower your child, instilling necessary skills to navigate life with confidence and resilience. Together, we will work toward fostering emotional growth, promoting self-discovery, and enhancing overall well-being.
Although my practice focuses on children and adolescents, I believe that we are all capable of growth, healing, and change. You are welcomed and accepted no matter what age or life stage you are in.
In my free time, you will find me outdoors hiking, paddle boarding, or biking. I also enjoy traveling, photography, and experiencing new adventures. When I’m home, you can find me snuggling with my sweet, floppy-eared bunny named Charlie.
